Hindmarsh Cottage
Hindmarsh Park Holiday Cottage is one of Kiama's oldest homes and is a magnificent example of a home that is steeped in history. This 150 + year old cottage has been lovingly restored to depict times gone by, but has modern kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The rustic features of this property are retained with locally cut turn of the century cedar ceiling and wall lining boards, original fireplaces and doors.
This wonderful home is 2 bedroom with a queen bed in the master and two king singles in the 2nd bedroom. The cottage sleeps two adults and two children or two couples comfortably. With reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning and heating you can be assured of being comfortable in all seasons. A flat screen Tv with Foxtel enhances your television viewing on those colder days. Free WiFi is available.
The garden surrounds of the cottage are a delight with lush green lawns, rock walls and delightful shrubs. Hindmarsh Cottage also hosts its own life size chess board and chess pieces.
The property features onsite free parking with direct access to Hindmarsh Park. Childrens play equipment in the Park is only 30 metres from the front door. The allows for parents to sip a glass of local wine and view the childrens safety from the front verandah.
This home is an absolute delight, but that is not all. Hindmarsh Park Holiday Cottage is literally only 50 meters from the Blue Diamond Bar and Bistro, 50 meters from the centre of the Kiama CBD, 50 meters from the famous Kiama Terrace Houses and only 50 meters from Black Beach. You cannot get any closer to town if you tried. Hindmarsh Park Holiday Cottage is superbly located!
Two magnificent Moreton Bay Figtrees create a lovely entrance way to the Cottage and the home hides behind a lovely white picket fence. Location photos for weddings, films, adds and promotions must be pre booked and charged accordingly.
Hindmarsh Park Holiday Cottage is the a definate stay location when the Kiama Seaside Markets are on, Music in the Park or a great stay for any Kiama event. Great for couples on romantic getaways or for the newly married couple.

"What a beautiful little cottage! Superbly renovated and a mixture of old and new that takes us back to the days of our childhood. We had a very relaxing holiday as everything was so central and within easy walking distance.
